3. Payments & Fees
All services are subject to agreed pricing as mentioned in the proposal or invoice. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
Delayed payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional charges.
Advertising budgets (such as Meta or Google ad spend) are separate from service fees unless clearly stated otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients will have ownership rights to final approved deliverables, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orien360 reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
5. Performance Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver strong results, digital marketing performance depends on multiple external factors including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, sales numbers, or advertising results unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, hosting providers, or analytics tools. We are not responsible for changes, suspensions, or policy updates made by these platforms that may impact campaign or website performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Orien360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information without permission, except where required by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the terms agreed in the service agreement. Any outstanding payments for completed work must be cleared upon termination.
10. Changes to Terms
Orien360 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
