1. Nature of Services
Since our offerings are digital services and not physical products, returns are not applicable. Once a service has been initiated or delivered, it cannot be “returned.”
2. Refund Eligibility
- If a cancellation request is made before any work has started, a full refund may be issued.
- If work has already commenced, refunds will be evaluated based on the stage of completion and effort involved.
- Completed projects or delivered milestones are non-refundable.
3. Monthly & Recurring Services
For services such as SEO, ad management, or ongoing marketing retainers:
- Clients must request cancellation before the next billing cycle.
- Fees for the current active billing cycle are non-refundable.
- Any third-party advertising spend (e.g., Meta or Google Ads budgets) is non-refundable and subject to the respective platform’s policies.
4. Advertising & Third-Party Costs
Payments made directly to advertising platforms or third-party service providers are governed by their own refund policies. Orien360 does not control or guarantee refunds for such payments.
5. Project Delays
If delays occur due to incomplete information, lack of communication, or delayed approvals from the client, the project timeline may be extended. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
6. Exceptional Cases
Any refund request outside the conditions mentioned above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at the sole discretion of Orien360.
